Reservations and Refund Policy

Reserving your charter:

• A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve all booked charters. 
• The $350.00 balance is due at the end of the charter.
• The $50.00 Additional Passenger Fee (if applicable) is due at the end of the charter.
• The $50.00 Additional Time Fee (if applicable) is due at the end of the charter.
• Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle or Cash.

 Cancelation and Refund Policy:

• Charters can be canceled 24 hours in advance of the charter for a full refund of the $100.00 deposit.
• Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the charter will forfeit the $100.00 reservation fee.
•  Charters canceled due to weather will warrant the return of the $100.00 deposit.
• Charters canceled by the Captain will warrant the return of the $100.00 deposit.
